When and where is this event happening?
The Auction will be held at the Marin Country Club from 6:00-11:00 pm (silent auction starts right away so don't be late!) on Saturday, March 15th, 2025. The address is 500 Country Club Drive, Novato CA 94949.
Who's Invited?
Anyone who would like to support San Ramon Elementary School is welcome to purchase a ticket to attend. Please note, any non-parents will be asked to sign a standard PTA waiver at the event.
Is this a theme party?
It is if you want it to be! The venue will be decorated and there will be people wearing themed attire, but you can dress however you interpret Vegas Night!
What is included with my ticket price?
Ticket pricing includes a 3 course dinner with entree of your choice, the live auction, games, and dancing. There will be a no-host cash bar as well. If you forget cash, there will be an ATM onsite.
What does it mean to sponsor a table?
Want to guarantee you can sit next to your friends? Round up your people and reserve a table of 12! The point person pays the table fee up front and the others can reimburse them. This pricing is in addition to the base ticket purchase. So for example, you pay the $600 up front and then collect $50 per person from your friends. Each friend still purchases their own ticket of $115 per person.
What happens with the money raised at this event?
The PTA is solely volunteer-run so every cent raised by the PTA goes directly back to the school to support our kids. The funds raised at the auction go towards music, science, and art programs, field trips, assemblies, community events, teacher classroom budgets, and grade-level enrichment programs. Even the outdoor garden classroom is funded by the PTA, along with a multitude of other important programs, such as Universal Access Teachers, differentiation resources, and the Dolphin Lab.

Is there an online auction as well?
Yes! We are having a live auction with both an auctioneer and a silent auction but there is also an online auction for everyone who can't attend the live event. We will post links to the online auction soon!
